How does online color analysis work?
After booking, you’ll receive simple photo-taking instructions via email to ensure accurate lighting and angles. Once you send your photos, your skin tone, hair, and eye color to determine your best seasonal color palette. After 5 to 7 working days of receiving your photos, you’ll then receive a detailed digital report with your results.

Can a virtual color analysis be as accurate as an in-person session?
Yes — as long as the photos follow the guidelines (natural lighting, no makeup, clear background), virtual analysis can be just as accurate. I’ve been trained to identify undertones and contrast levels through photos and will request extra images if needed for clarity.

How long does it take to get my results?
Once I receive your complete set of photos and information, your personalized analysis and report will be ready within 5-7 working days.

What if I’m unsure about the photo requirements?
No worries! After purchasing a session, an email would be sent to you with clear instructions. If you need help, send us a message and we would be happy to help. We would also be in touch, should the photo not meet the requirements needed for an accurate color analysis report.
05.
Do you offer refunds if I am not happy with my results.
Due to the personalized nature of this service and the time invested in each analysis, no refunds will be provided. Please ensure all photo instructions are followed carefully for the most accurate results.
06.
What happens to my photos afterwards?
Your photos will be deleted from our servers within 48 hours of your report being sent out. Your photos will never be used for marketing purposes without your consent. All photos are analized by only myself to ensure your privacy.
